Point 4. Woke up in a bad mood because of dreamt I was in a bad mood. Stopped. Questioned it. Am aware the things I was dreaming about wind me up but it was also ”just a dream. ” Managed to calm down and not let it ruin my day by being moody with colleagues and so on. Thank you x
